Hope Country Club Dance Brings Small Attendance

An adult dance at Hope Country Club Saturday night July 31 drew about zero attendees. Yellow decorations brightened spots in the clubhouse while taped music played and chips n chips with cold drinks were served. Out of town guests included Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Mosier of Arkadelphia and Mr. and Mrs. Gaylord Solomon of Wynne. Host couples were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Snowden and Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Crouch. The Hope Duplicate Bridge Club met at the Diamond Monday August 2 with three tables. winning couples were first R L Broach and Mike Kelly, second Mrs. E J Whitman and Mrs. B W Edwards, third Mrs. R L Broach and Mrs. Marian Holder.
