Prosecutors seek a murder indictment related to the deaths of two elderly widows, while the defense accuses the state of trying Cline for a Dallas murder. The clash between Duke Ehrlich and Norman Elkington intensified as the trial unfolded and Cline spoke only briefly after months of silence.
