No negotiating sessions were held and none are scheduled as both sides await summons from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Winter storm spreads across plains with deadly hazards

A northern storm brought cold, wet conditions across the plains with at least one death in Utah from downed power lines as a Clearfield woman backed into them.
