Murder Trial Underway in Nashville Case

The first degree murder trial of Clay Thomas, 41, of Nashville, Ark., continues as prosecutors allege he shot and buried his wife Billie June Thomas, 38, whose body was found in a shallow grave about 10 miles west of Nashville. Marijuana cigarettes confiscated near Benton Arkansas

A package of 500 prerolled king sized marijuana cigarettes shipped from Vietnam to a rural Saline County family ten miles east of Benton was seized by Customs inspectors postal officials and Saline County sheriffs deputies. Voters oust incumbents name new councilmen and mayor
