Paroled man and companion jailed in hitchhiker robbery

A parolee Roy Sexton and John K Raymond were jailed after robbing and tying two hitchhikers near Crousett and Hot Springs. They allegedly robbed J. C. Adams of Cullendale of $25 and luggage then bound him to a tree. A second victim James Ends of Hot Springs was stripped and bound for 80 cents and clothing. Sheriff Towler said both suspects fled and were captured with evidence recovered.
