Aggressive energy plan moves up Holland carbon goals
Holland aims to accelerate its energy targets under a new Strategic Development Team plan. The proposal shifts timelines for cutting emissions, leans toward renewables, mandates disclosures for property leases, boosts education, and creates a community carbon offset program. If adopted, per capita emissions could fall to 12.25 MT by 2030, versus earlier projections.
