Man loses appeal of a sex crime conviction

Hollands man Juan Jose Del Cid 40 lost his appeal of two sex crimes against his girlfriend's daughter including sexual penetration. He was sentenced to 25 to 75 years. The victim, aged 12 to 14 during abuse, testified of a two year period. Del Cid may face deportation to Guatemala with ICE hold noted. ALICE Households Shift in Ottawa County Michigan
