Kneeling Triceps Pulse For Quick Arm Toning
A kneeling triceps pulse targets the back of the arm using light to medium weights. Maintain posture on one knee with the opposite hand on a balancing knee, draw the weight in, bend at the elbow to 90 degrees, extend and pulse eight times, then switch sides.
