Holland Township approves six year Capital Improvement Plan
The Holland Township Board approved the 2019 2024 Capital Improvement Plan detailing projected six year expenditures totaling 43.9 million for general government and 25.5 million for water and sewer. A key item is an estimated 10 million public safety building on James Street with costs rising from 500 000 placeholder to 10 million after geotechnical studies. The plan emphasizes advisory budgeting rather than guaranteed spending and notes possible site changes as budgeted funds may shift. Public budget development continues through July August with September board approval anticipated.
