Thanks to the Sheilas in the City
A narrator with two young children visits the city and observes pedestrians, pigeons, statues, a beggar with bells, and a public reading by the governor. They meet Sheila, a balloon maker who recycles old nitty details into whimsical shapes including a DNA balloon and a three foot Wolverine design. The event includes seeing the governor with a family anecdote about his grandchild born weighing 20 pounds.
