Holland planners weigh 102 foot anaerobic digester project
Holland plans call for a 102 foot tall round steel anaerobic digester to reduce sewage sludge at 61 S. River Ave. near the Holland Area Water Reclamation Facility. Construction for the egg shaped tank begins in 2020 with main work in 2021, a two to three year timeline. The site is to be reviewed by the Holland Planning Commission on February 11, with feedback from the Downtown Development Authority.
