Suburban Inns eye Big E's comeback in Holland
Suburban Inns plans to reopen Big E’s in downtown Holland after delaying operations since February. CEO Brian Beukema says the restaurant will return as a sports grill with a leaner staff, updated menu, and redesigned kitchen while maintaining active liquor licenses under the Courtyard Marriott umbrella. Local hospitality shifts, patio access, and a new social district are cited as helpful factors.
