County denies wrongdoing in murder case at Grand Valley State
Ottawa County responds to a lawsuit from Rosemarie Reilly's family claiming local police and university officers failed to arrest ex boyfriend Jeremy Kelley for PPO and weapons violations. Reilly, 21, was shot and killed after Kelley dragged her from a Grand Rapids house in November 2016. The suit names several officers and recognizes contact with Kelley's police officer father.
