A 57 year old man was hit while walking in the road on Clover Street south of Chicago Drive in Holland Township. He was taken to Holland Hospital with injuries. The driver, a 46 year old Holland man, was not injured.
A dense police log records incidents from midnight to 11:39 PM including a runaway juvenile on W 40th Street, multiple civil non criminal matters, several traffic and crash reports, burglar alarm, lost property, loud parties, disturbances, property damage, and numerous assist calls across blocks and streets such as Cranberry Court Waverly Road Columbia Avenue E 16th Street and Lincoln Avenue. The list also shows suspicious person or vehicle sightings, a weapons complaint, and a shoplifting incident at E 16th Street.
New cases and deaths reported December 3 show Ottawa County with 178 new cases and 13 989 total cases and 149 deaths plus 715 probable cases and 16 probable deaths. Allegan County records 54 new cases and 4 deaths, with 3 966 cases and 39 deaths to date.
