Teen teens arraigned in Holland Township chase case
In Holland Township three 17 year olds Kennedy Wilson Brandon Floyd and Xavier Morgan and a 14 year old juvenile were arraigned on Aug 29 in the 58th District Court over a high speed chase in a stolen Chevrolet Malibu. The vehicle crashed near Lakewood Boulevard and 112th Avenue. The 14 year old was turned over to Kent County authorities. Wilson faces unlawful driving and fleeing charges while Floyd and Morgan face resisting and obstructing police and all three face breaking and entering charges related to a prior cell phone store burglary. Bond set at 5 000 for Wilson 10 000 for Morgan and 25 000 for Floyd.
