Cubs edge Giants 1-0 at Wrigley in windy win
Kyle Hendricks pitched seven strong innings as the Cubs beat the San Francisco Giants 1-0 to complete a three game sweep. Anthony Rizzo drove in the lone run with an RBI single while Chicago’s bullpen closed out the four hitter for the victory. Giants starter Jeff Samardzija allowed one run over seven innings in the loss.
