Grand Rapids group poised to buy Boatwerks in Holland
A large Grand Rapids restaurant group seeks to acquire Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant in Holland. At a August 8 city council meeting, Holland unanimously waived its right of first refusal for the property at 265 Kellen Park Drive, the Boatwerks catering site, after Redwater Restaurant Group sought to buy it. The city acquired the ROFR in 2007 to keep waterfront access options open.
