Burglars Steal Clothing and Jewelry from Two Homes
Early Friday morning burglars entered H. W. Hughes room in the McAllister apartments and took a valuable clothing and jewelry collection. The same morning they burglarized Thomas Ortega residence, stealing clothing and jewelry amounting to several hundred dollars. Deputies launched a pursuit but no arrests or recoveries had been made.
