Sharp Returns From Texas After Family Tragedy
H D Sharp, traveling salesman for Babbitt Bros Trading Co, came back Sunday from Brownwood Texas after the death of his sister and his mother’s serious illness. Mrs Sharp will stay in Brownwood for now with his mother and later join Mr Sharp in Holbrook. He notes Brownwood’s rapid growth from six to seven thousand to about sixteen to seventeen thousand due to an oil field near the Ranger fields.
