Sheriff grabs famed horse thief near Crown Point

Sheriff Grant and deputies captured Chas H Rohr in East Gary after Laporte, Indiana, theft of a horse and buggy. Rohr, 24, had a long crime record including time in Elmira reformatories and Rochester reform school. The arrest occurred on the Ridge road near Johnson's corner with revolvers drawn.
