Remarks of H L Rows at Decoration Day Service

H L Rows gave long remarks praising Union soldiers for their sacrifice and discussing the Civil War, emancipation, and the growth of the United States into a world power. He cited Lincoln, Webster, and Webster’s vision, noted the end of slavery, and contrasted past fears with modern unity, ending with a call to remember heritage and liberty.
