Washington January 2 Senator Hoar chairman of the Judiciary Committee made public the antitrust bill he sought leave to present before the holiday recess. The measure requires foreign and interstate commerce firms to file annual statements with the Interstate Commerce Commission including capital stock value cash paid ownership of stock officer and director names dividend details and stock owned in other companies with an official undertaking by officers to comply with all federal laws.
