In the Fourth Circuit Hawaii Island and Territory a notice to creditors for Kamaliwahine Kamalit Wahine deceased from Hilo Hawaii. Dr Wailani is appointed administrator and requires all creditors to file verified claims with vouchers at Hilo within six months from January 19 1903 or be barred.
Superintendent Cooper of the Department of Public Works disclosed the resignation of road engineer Robert N. Boyd. He stated there was no defalcation but noted excessive spending and charges to improper items in Boyd’s bills. Further details of the transactions will be released later.
