Young Painter Severely Hurt In Newark Scaffold Fall
Fred Godbolt a 21 year old painter of 155 Ridgewood Avenue Newark was severely injured last Wednesday after falling 30 feet from a scaffold at 286 Florence Avenue. He reportedly sustained possible fractures of the spine and both legs after tumbling into a picket fence and landing in a driveway. He was treated by Dr Milton M Lillen and moved to St Barnabas Hospital Newark. Police say the scaffold tipped as he tried to lower it causing the fall.
