Hillside October 31 1968 court session presided by Judge Lou Devin saw Nicholas Armenante held for Grand Jury action on atrocious assault and battery Norman Dowlings and Herbert Gruber pleaded guilty to multiple charges Dowlings received probation and a 205 fine for DUI and license revocation. Other defendants faced fines including 105 for toll evasion 25 for loud language 120 for vehicle and plate violations 55 for unlicensed driving 25 for careless driving 15 and 60 for various infractions.
