Hillside Lions Club members enjoyed an off Broadway musical comedy at the Cricket Theater in New York on Sunday as part of a Ladies Night program arranged by Dr Walter O Krum. They dined at Clambroth House Hoboken after the show. The group of 30 occupied half the Little Theater. Five members attended the District 16 cabinet meeting on Thursday April 29 at Harmony Node.

Police report two burglaries at local homes of legal figures. Sanford Meskin’s residence at 4 King Street was entered by breaking a side door. about 300 dollars in cash and jewelry were taken while Muriel Meskin was away from 2 15 to 3 03 pm.
