Inn case to be heard by Superior Court judge
Parsonnet told Mayor Wovsaniker the Blue Ribbon Inn appeal will be heard by Superior Court Judge Robert Mathews by next month. The committee debated the hearing date after Villanova claimed Parsonnet misled them about an August hearing and sought a reinstatement of the dance hall license. Welsh warned of possible dismissal of Parsonnet if no hearing occurs, while Worsaniker defended the attorney as competent and noted investigations have taken time.
