Pool dispute ends with DME Township parking pact
The Township and DME reached a pool parking agreement after a 75 minute closed meeting on Central Avenue. Deputy Chief Seale will lead the investigation into the attempted run down of a DME employee. Commissioners Baldassano and Santagata paid 30 cents toward a 30 cent voucher filed by Alcohol Education Program Director Ottersten. Landlords to pass along rebates under tax act
The tenants tax rebate act of 1976 was amended to require owners of qualified rental property to pass a four percent portion of tax reductions to residential tenants as a rebate or credit after 1976. A tax office certification has been sent to landlords. those not receiving it should call 926-5502. Owner occupied dwellings of one to three units are exempt.
