Dr Edgar Kogar Elizabeth examined him and ruled intoxicated and unable to drive. Released on $250 bond for Magistrate's Court tonight.

Two Hurt In Chestnut Avenue Car Collision
Mrs. Herrice Gibbs 28 an expectant mother and Joseph Larsen 25 suffered injuries when their autos collided on Chestnut Avenue Friday evening in Newark Township. Gibbs received facial lacerations and was released from Newark Beth Israel Hospital. Larsen remained under observation for shock and possible internal injuries. Stanley Gibbs 32, driving the other car, was shaken but uninjured. Dr. Joseph Peyser treated the injured and they were moved to the township hospital.

Joseph Rossi of Newark and John Kurbel of Whippany were fined $30 each by Magistrate Sid ney Bienbaum after pleading guilty to petit larceny for stealing about $13 of products from International Milk Co. They were arrested December 10 by Detective Robert Mason and Patrolman Gordon Milburn. Also John Cavico of Newark was fined $225 and had his license revoked for two years after pleading guilty to drunken driving.
