Mahan Former Hillside Resident Dies in Florida at 67
Thomas J. Mahan 67 of 101 Bryn Mawr Dr Lake Worth Florida died April 10 after an extended illness. He was a former Hillside resident and prominent in local Democratic circles as a food wholesaler and manufacturer in New Jersey and Vermont. He moved to Lake Worth in 1944 and helped organize the original Hillside Lions Club. He was a World War I veteran and survived by his wife Helen and four sons including Thomas J. Mahan of St Petersburg.
