They are dragged into darkness, robbed of a watch pennies and a pen, and left bloodied as more assailants appear. U S B52s blasted southern North Viet Nam above the DMZ for the war’s fourth raid. Waves of Air Force Navy and Marine aircraft pounded infiltration routes while Saigon allied troops and Viet Cong clashed in rugged terrain near Quang Tri City with reports of Viet Cong casualties and captured weapons.

Mihajlo Mihajlov, a 32 year old former university lecturer and critic of single party communism, was sentenced by a Yugoslav court to 12 months in prison for spreading false information. He pled innocent and defended his writings as truth amid questions over socialism and civil rights.
