Troxler Jr a former lieutenant with nearly 20 years on the force received 7 to 10 years after pleading guilty to seven counts, and Harry W Jones 41 and William E Warren 37, former lieutenant and sergeant, were each sentenced to 3 to 6 years after pleading guilty to four counts.
