Gardenette Club Considers Fall Planting At Meet
Gardenette Club held its Thursday meeting with discussion of fall planting and a beautification project for the county health center on Montlieu Ave. The district meeting delegate was named for Elkin next month and Mrs James Davis was elected assistant secretary. Committee members Leslie Albertson Roger Hedrick and James Suggs were announced. Refreshments followed for three visitors Harold Dean Bertha Franklin and Peggy Franklin.
