An 83 year old man Walter J Aries and his 84 year old wife, married 57 years, had their house divided by a Superior Court order after a separate maintenance suit. The order assigns front rooms and the husband’s bedroom to Aries and the sewing room and wife’s bedroom to his wife, with shared access to kitchen and bath. The couple’s daughter testified the husband provoked stress during naps. The court also enjoined them from arguing.
