Boy Held In Father's Death
A 14 year old Boy Scout is held at Juvenile Hall on suspicion of murder after firing five shots from a .22 rifle at Irven Woodrow Loucks a 40 year old truck driver following a quarrel with Loucks and the boy’s mother. Mrs Loucks said Loucks pulled her from a truck by her hair and had been drinking. Officers quoted the boy saying I didn’t mean to kill him. The mother described a frightening incident at a birthday party with nine children present.
