Philadelphia case reveals a 3 inch knife blade embedded in Harry Stone’s head for two years before discovery at Einstein Medical Center. Stone, a chemical worker, reported years of headaches and later confirmed the blade entered via a street stabbing, breaking off and lodging behind the sinus and airway. remaining fragment to be removed in a future operation.
