Ward elections will form the Ward Committee under Student Council with about 40 names on the ballot. Seniors attend an Employment Security assembly with General Aptitude Test Battery testing arranged for those not planning junior or senior college. Sophomores meet Friday to discuss the magazine sale to fund class of 1972 events. Grimsley beat High Point 20 to 14 as Wayne Spencer earned Player of the Night. Central Beta Club inducted new members. Baby Bison claim district group title. JV now 7-0 after win over Grimsley.

Second Lt. Iva Carlos Anderson II of Fayetteville, UNC 1969 graduate, received the Marine Corps Commandant's Trophy for leadership, academics, fitness, and military skills. Brig. Gen. George D. Webster presented during UNC Wake Forest pregame ceremonies. Anderson, son of Mrs. Charlotte H. Anderson, is a former business administration major and Alpha Tau Omega member, commissioned Aug. 29, 1969, currently in Pensacola.

Art Film at High Point Library Ties to Early Book Art
High Point Public Library hosts a special art and film program Thursday at 7 30 p m in the Audio Visual Room tied to the Early Book Art exhibition on loan from the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh. The display runs through Friday next week with 39 early books Jeaves and 15th and 16th century pages.
