LA PENCEBURG Ind. One buggy factory remains in the United States. Edwin J. Knapp president of Standard Vehicle Company Lawrenceburg notes the firm is the sole exclusive maker of horse drawn buggies with about 2000 buggies yearly and markets to Mexico Canada Bermuda and South Africa.
