The Norwegian tanker Frosta struck the fully loaded ferry George Prince on the Mississippi River near Luling, capsizing it and sending many passengers and cars into swift water. Four dead and 50 missing, with at least 15 survivors admitted to a hospital. Officials expect no more survivors.
