A H Lindsay Retired Merchant Dies at 63 in High Point
A H Lindsay retired businessman died at his Jordan street home Monday night at 8 after a brief illness. A native of the area, he moved to High Point in 1877 and spent later years in retirement. Surviving relatives include a sister Mrs Julius C Fuller of Fu leis Randolph county and several nephews and nieces such as W C Jones R F Jones John A Lindsay Hamilton Stype of Winston Salem and Mrs Berta Lindsay Carraway among others. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 pm at Wesley Memorial Methodist Church with Rev Gilbert T Rowe officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
