Market Square concept blends old decor with new showroom space
The Concept Market Square plans a 350000 square foot permanent showroom in downtown High Point, restoring Tomlinson FurnitureCo facilities. Designers and dealers will access 100000 square feet for exhibits with separate entrances while a central atrium, landscaped courtyards, and glass elevators provide light and access. The project preserves original beams and brick, lowers per square foot exhibitor costs through bypassing new construction, and adds dining and lounge facilities plus space for conferences nearby.
