North Carolina Considers Milk Price Formula

RALEIGH AP The state Milk Commission will review an experimental pricing formula from NC State to determine raw milk payments. The board postponed a 4 to 5 percent price hike, noting feed costs fall may make it unnecessary. If adopted, prices could vary monthly, and retail milk would rise about two cents a quart.
