Boy Injured In Accident At 29 70 Intersection
A five year old boy Marvin McMahan Jr was treated and released from High Point Memorial Hospital after a car dump truck collision at the Kivett Drive and Highway 29 70 intersection. The car driven by his father Marvin Lee McMahan 33 of Sunnybrook Street struck the rear tire of a north bound dump truck. Damages were about 300 dollars to the McMahan car. McMahan was charged with failing to yield the right of way.
