Harrison representing eighteen brotherhoods testified before the emergency fact finding board that wage cuts won t solve industry troubles and urged long range coordination, government loans, finance reorganization, and rate structure revision. He warned that nearly one million workers have voted to strike and progress depends on resolving the wage dispute.
