The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs John F Oliphant of 2722 Ashe Street and a secretary at the NC State Highway Patrol Basic School. The groom is a High Point native and NC State University junior.

Dl Charles Meddling, cellist. T. A. Schubert. Mrs Silver, a soloist for the Holiday Festival of Music, and concert mistress of the High Point Symphony. Mrs Fouts teaches strings in High Point public schools and is a member of the Musical Art Club from Thomasville.
