First Shot At Loray Shooting Allegedly From Officers
The Gastonia Loray tent colony case centers on testimony that the first shot came from officers during a raid on June 7. Floyd Rathbone testified the gun used to punch a guard’s shins started the violence, while others said shots issued from the union hall and the woods.
