Greensboro officials announce a study by the Advisory Board for Environmental Quality on Guilford County solid waste. The Solid Waste Subcommittee led by Dr. Paul Lutz will review the issue and consider green bin collection countywide. The group plans a meeting with the Board of Commissioners on the Horsepen Creek sewer outfall and area development impacts.
