Miss Louise Miller, graduate nurse of Guilford General Hospital, was injured last night when her Chevrolet coupe, returned from California, was struck broadside by an Essex coach driven by Dr. L R Zimmerman. Medics treated head lacerations and bruising. X rays planned for internal injuries.
