Court Refuses Recount in Florida Governor Primary

Cannibals Kill Trader in New Hebrides Raid
In the New Hebrides off Malekula July 10 cannibals attacked white trader R. J. Bridges and his four children, killing the father with four sons and likely eating the youngest. Villagers buried bodies as investigators note bloodstains and missing child. The Big Nambus tribe linked to the massacre and prior attacks on ships and missionaries.
