Houde to Stand Trial for Wife Shooting in Cambridge

Municipal Officers Pulled For Speed

Two municipal officers faced the local recorder's court for speeding in separate out-of-town cars. G. E. Crutchfield and J. M. Wytehad were identified as the drivers. both said they intended no lawbreaking. The court noted the cars ran about 15 mph over the limit and dismissed the cases with a 67 cent cost each. More Troops to the Border Ordered by War Department

War Department orders state militia units in mobilization camps to move to the border at once. About 194000 militia remain on the border, with 8000 troops dispatched today to relieve a like force and return home or muster out of federal service.
